Cavs' Pavlovic out with ankle injury

02/09/2009 - Independence, OH (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Sasha Pavlovic will reportedly miss the next four-to-six weeks with a high right ankle sprain, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

The 6-foot-7 Pavlovic suffered the injury when he landed awkwardly during the first quarter of Sunday's 101-91 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, the club's first setback in 24 home games this season.

Pavlovic has averaged 4.9 points and 2.0 rebounds in 46 games for the Cavs in 2008-09.
